Yes. Every pack includes a commercial use license for the buyer. You can use MGKS templates in client work, internal tools, and products. You may not resell the raw template files.
No. The templates use MGKS syntax which is human-readable and can be implemented in any system. The Aeonmi runtime adds native execution (why(), @past, superposition collapse) but the templates work as structured blueprints even without it.
