We collect information you provide directly (email address, account credentials) and information generated by your use of our services (API usage logs, session identifiers). We do not sell your personal information.
We use collected information to provide, improve, and secure our services; process payments via Stripe; send transactional emails; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.
User data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. RTPE sessions are protected by the TITAN cryptographic stack including post-quantum key encapsulation (ML-KEM-1024) and quantum-seeded entropy from IBM Quantum hardware.
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics, if used, are privacy-preserving (e.g., Plausible).
We use the following third-party processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Netlify (hosting), IBM Quantum (quantum entropy). Each has its own privacy policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing origin@aeonmi.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
