By accessing or using any Aeonmi Inc. product or service (including aeonmi.ai, RTPE, TITAN TaaS, and Aeonmi Flow), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access at origin@aeonmi.ai.
You may not use our services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit malware or unauthorized code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; (d) abuse, harass, or harm other users; (e) violate any third party's intellectual property rights.
RTPE and TITAN cryptographic services are provided for lawful privacy and security use cases only. You may not use these services to circumvent legal law enforcement access in jurisdictions where such circumvention is prohibited by law.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
All Aeonmi products, code, designs, and documentation are owned by Aeonmi Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Cryptographic security is provided in good faith; no system is unconditionally secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeonmi Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited.
